Boo hoo. There is no denying that the only reason you were ever CEO is a single online form you filled out calling yourself same when you had no right to do so. The fact that a few minor shareholders gave you encouragement does not change this. When everyone who was actually involved refused to go along with your charade, you issued a few million in 1099s to all your "enemies." If you had records that showed millions in personal income for management in 2007, that would be news to anyone with even a casual interest in the company.

So when you call others liars and worse, you must understand that you are describing yourself.
