to make it appear like sells. everytime you see a sell go through thats only a few dollars worth, the commission cost more than the trade itself, so you know their not selling for extra money when they end up losing money selling so little shares, its so obvious.

Either they are Impatient or don't care. Could be a tax sell as well. Either way, buy em if you can. Cheers!
