It's not that many shares, but nevertheless, it's good that he owns shares now. As he now has an incentive to focus on the PPS.

If he is buying shares now, I assume he knows in time that great developments are going to happen at the company.

I hope he continues to purchase more shares, that will be a great indicator of things to come.
