Fact that the patents are sought by major companies? The support of that fact is where? How would you know this for a fact and no one else in the world does? The patents are being infringed by major companies? This should be the easiest fact to prove. Where, how and by whom? The BOD is flawless? Show me please how each one stacks up to be who they report to be? Put to rest the claims of phony educations links to shady companies and scams. Get them to come forward and support their company and their shareholders. Get them to support one thing they said they would complete by the end of 2014.

You saying letters were sent out? If so how many? to who?

Those letters were to protect the acquiring company, to enable them to pursue the infringers! There's a law protecting an acquiring company that notification is needed prior to purchasing a company. You can google this.

You saying that if VPLM doesn't send letters to supposedly infringing companies, the purchaser can not sue them?

Differences of opinion is always welcomed in the Message Forum about VPLM but I have to point out the flaws in some of those 'facts.'

Patents are real and sought after by a number of huge companies. FACT!

Patents are in the database yes with no remarkable or applicable field yes, yet no other company has gone forward in the mentionings of this technology. Is it possibly that this technology is that old, 10 years right that the powers that be have isolated and begun to use their own? Oh wait no possibility because we have to take VPLM's word for it.

Board of Directors is flawless! FACT! One is even mentioned in the top eight most influential men in the industry!

We could go on about this all day but the fact remains even VPLM makes mistakes about their esteemed leaders? How could they have that glaring eyesore on their website for so long UNTIL someone from this very message board pointed it out for them to make a correction. That speaks volumes that they actually do check in from time to time on here and that they don't really pay attention to the actions they do. Not to say it really highlights the possibility that some people are not as legit as they say.

DD is always needed but the level of scrutiny is noticeable for VPLM because of a number of shams its past contains as well as the noticeable and glaring errors of its ways.
