So you do not agree with paying off debt by selling shares? This now makes the financial sheet look 1000% better, to us and future conventional lenders. If there is less debt to pay per month, that would allow for the company to also buy back shares. I think a company with less or zero debt as well as positive revenues coming in, will allow us to receive a much larger LOC and allow for expansion. This is just my opinion, but I think that management really DOES have a clue what they are doing. $MINE
