Correction. Missed the word "know" from the sentence.

JimLur-- Probably DesertDweller might answer this. As mentioned in your mail he said One question for you, why should he continue to be given more shares if he only plans on selling them as soon as they vest to get cash, why not pay him in cash so we know exactly what we are paying him?
The word continue is the key word here I guess. So, now that we have cash we need not continue giving management shares. They can be given handsome salaries.
I don't know if there is something fundamentally wrong in the way people are expressing their thoughts against management policies. Because when they are trying to say ( IMHO ) that the compensations can be moderated a little bit, they are questioned by other posters as if they are saying NO to any management compensation and rewards. I guess moderation is different from saying big NO altogether.
I have seen this on this board many times. People who are critisizing the management are also getting carried away by emotions sometimes and say something which distorts their original point and from there on the discussion continues onto who said what and how each person can defend his/her stand. The original point of discussion is completely forgotten.
Hope we can continue to concentrate on the subject and control our emotions.
You have built excellent board, I hope everyone upholds the values.

VG, I would imagine the BOD's after the options being voted down , and the licensing of ERICY that the company would consider a salary for Harry versus payment in options.

I would also think no changes would be considered until the Nokia and Samsung checks hit the bank.

No one for years cared about Harry getting paid in options versus a salary until the stock increased in value. No one even mentioned the remote possibility his shares could possibly be worth zero.

Here's all of Harry's sales.
