American Stock Transfer is not a broker or market maker, they are a transfer agent. They can have nothing to do with filing Form 211 or anything else regarding quotations or filings.

They aren't brokers; they're transfer agents. A better question to ask them might be whether they've heard from George lately.

If you want to call someone call American Stock Transfer and Trust Company, they are the brokers in charge of re-listing the stock that I spoke about in my previous posting.
