Is Steve returning money made from PunchTV Deal?

Howard J Messer is the puppet master with his hand up Collins shirt controlling everything that boy did. Messer was the mastermind to try to steal IC. He of course failed with his boy Joe Collins as they ran away like scared dogs.

Let's say the above is true.....did Steve Samblis make any money from the Punch TV Deal. If so....will he be returning any and all money made from that deal? LMAO

Ya know when it comes right down to it, it really doesn't matter much what kind of guys Messer and Collins are. None of it takes away from the fact that if Steven Samblis was standing next to Hitler, he'd still be a moronic scumbag who couldn't run a lemonade stand.
