#3814 RE: KGuzzetta #3812

K, I feel your pain. The problem with NAS is their past. Like many penny stocks they had a rebirth, but unlike many penny companies they are actually doing what they say they are doing. Unfortunately, on the penny boards, stock price has nothing to do with the true status of the company.

As shareholders in the company we share some part in doing what we can to get the word out to others. The company has a responsibility to get us off this exchange. Now that there is a shareholders equity, they should be able to execute the buyback which will lift the price and then execute the reverse split to get us off the penny board. Until that happens we are at the mercy of the MMs.

Everything you stated in your post is accurate. Plans and the such don't change share price, but with quarterly reports like the last, this company will grow and not even the MMs will be able to manipulate the price of a much larger cap stock.

None of this helps us right now, but after reviewing the last quarterly I am excited to be with this company at this level. Every opportunity I can, I will add here.
