I'd have probably not have responded to this before, but...here's my statement again (condensed). Please tell me how I'm "wrong":

Dilution will only truly show on Financial Reporting, imho.

Many believe they can see it (through Retail Sales, mind you) by spotting certain MM's on L2. That's less likely, unless a specific period is noted where a certain percentage of the 'known float' is inflated; or the OS rises from shares moving from the AS. This CAN be seen (though also 'hidden'), by watching for certain Brokers/MMs that show up on L2 - but not always.

I certainly expected 'retail' (that purchased @ lower PPS) to dump once the ticker traded again! (Often called 'weak hands'.) Price drop comes as no surprise, to be honest...

...where do you see my statement of 'dilution' having occurred??
