If not Friday the NT needs to be filed by monday which gives the company 5 more days to file. Interestingly it would appear that the threshold between non-accelerated or standard which as 45 days to post after the quarter ends and accelerated which has to file at 40 days after the q end is $75MM in public float threshold (are we there?)

Since the 15th falls on Saturday, Monday is more likely for the 10Q or Friday if they need an extension. I'm good with it either way but would love to see it after hours tomorrow.
