Maybe all are just waiting gleefully of the impending 10-Q.
Wherein all will be revealed, like who got the the 63,500,000 new shares,
And why that was not a noteworthy event requiring a Form 3 or 4 and an 8-K.

If we ask nicely we might even find out who owns the improvements to the
land (Cannabliss). The lease agreement seems to infer that UPOT or RR owns them, but I doubt Cannabliss feels that is so.
