Yeah that's nuts. Everyone wants to hit the lottery though.
I was fortunate enough to own some ipo's from years ago and haven't sold and collect dividends. That's the way to go if you are young. Buy solid companies and collect a dividend. And buy ipo's.
I don't think the company is trying to scam us. It probably has to do with the RM and that it's an international company. Lots of paperwork. Something may have been missed.

I differ with you. Everyone thought this was the real deal. And, again, I will be the first to say the sea wave technology concept has potential, and many of us still believe it can be successful if the right people are behind it. The present management of SDE, BBRDD, WERPO are amateurs. They are blowing a golden opportunity to develop a good concept into a world class corporation. Many of us took a chance and got burned. Putting my retirement fund in this, I agree was a gamble, but it was a chance that I was willing to take, based on what I knew at the time. Blessings, my brother. Steven
