the PR states that all items above were sold as is as they had DTC chill, all items below were free from DTC chill, but i understand the hesitation on taking their word.
but combine this with people being able to buy through phone order on TD, I have seen many people post that they are able to buy through TD. I think there is no chill, TD just requires a little extra effort to "protect" the investor from a dark reporting shell
