I did call that number at the patent office that you gave us and as you well know all I got was a recording. Is there a patent challenge action going on? Sure, I thought everyone knew that. Is Dimension laughing at it? Well, that's what I heard.

That "expert" is a joke in the real expert community. He is, as you so well show, a professional witness, not a real professional in the video codec field. He spends his days writing testimony and attending trials, not actually doing any research.

tmm has spent hundreds of thousands of investor dollars on that waste of time in addition to probably close to a MILLION dollars on the other case and won't get anything out of either one that benefits tmm shareholders, LIKE ME!

That's millions that could have been spent getting an actual license for some technology to develop instead of just stealing it from others.

I don't know if you recall, or the board does, several months back while reviewing the patents( I am not patent lawyer) I said that they had used a part written in their patent that seemed belong to tmmi . When I brought it up I thought it was odd that it was so similar, I have a feeling that this is what is being challenged(although I cannot confirm)...is this similar to what you found? It seemed as though much of the writing and the support in dimensions patent was not their own work..
