I do not think they exists under the actual name that is in PR IMO. Although I think they could have been a part of this group, or this is the real JV partner. They are listed a defaulted in Corp records, and they really are sort of a new company. This is the info I used to find when researching this, but cannot as I said find anything under the name as it appears in PR, nor can I find anything about this company other then they are in default per corp records.

If doing research on JV, I would not use the name in PR'S, but this this name as it appears in this link, but again I cannot find any current info on them either.

here is a little more older info. This is second time around for something like this with Bill involved

Mr. William A. Sawyer was also mentioned in a 4-18-2013 press release from Lighthouse Petroleum (LHPT) (Todd Violette prior president of LHPT)

In the press release the quote, "Lighthouse is extremely pleased to have Matmown as a joint venture partner for its LHPT 2013 Exploration Program in the Burleson county, Tx area, commented Gerard Danos, president of Lighthouse Petroleum, , continued,
We anticipate a long relationship with Matmown Oil and Gas, Inc. guided by Mr. William Sawyer, president and CEO who has over 35 years of diverse experience in the energy industry, including being the former president, CEO and co-founder of Lucas Energy, Inc. , a company currently trading on the NYSE MKT..."

Reference to that press release will show that Mr. Sawyer commented that Mr. Danos and Lighthouse are the type partners (we) Matmown, Inc. likes.

These fellows seem to run in the same circles: Todd Violette, Vince Vellardita, William Sawyer, Gerard Danos
