This is just the typical dump of billions of worthless shares into the market, anyone can access the consistent raises in the AS to provide more shares for insiders to dump into the market:

Let us review the amendments to expand the AS since September 25th, 2013:

Increased to 950 million shares

Here we are September 6th, 2014 waited over month to finally disclose the Amended addition of more shares to the AS, lets add yet another 10 billion shares.
