Its a major expense (time and money) that was better spent elsewhere until now. I believe the process has begun and is in the hands of the auditor that has been hired.
Looking at the chart from 2010 till now it has never been over .17 cents and that was brief...4 years of that up and down from nickel to a dime and down again
