I hope you are right. But I also hope FLPC is not inheriting someone else's mess.

Until there is more information it is only speculation which would be better for FLPC going forward regarding the merits of building your own mill with 100% ownership, the timeline and resources it would take, and the delay in production/revenue versus jumping into an existing situation, sharing ownership/lease, sharing potential synergies vs potential headaches, and hopefully producing revenue in a much more timely manner.

It is hard to take it on faith that they are making the correct decision after so many mistakes over the last year. I just hope that Jimmy is as good as others have said he is, and that they are finally getting their ducks in a row.
