Regarding the SEC: Remember this every time you vote for someone who has a new gov't program to help, regulate, etc. They are all self serving scum - the IRS the worst of a despicable lot. All gov't programs eventually protect the entity from which we were supposed to be protected.
Money buys all and companies like XLPI do not have it for the requisite bribes. Until we eliminate the IRS, and bring decisions back to the states, counties and kitchen table, expect this and worse. The Dems and the most disgusting but the Repubs are catching up.
