Here is an example most could understand in regards the recent Addax acquire. We have two commercial buildings. a few years back in that area, we could not rent the spaces. At the time we had a partner and a mortgage and we needed to update the spaces. He agreed to take 100,000 in cash and walk away. Low and behold the nextyear we rent all the spaces and the buildings bring in 20k per month now. Boy was he pissed.

The partner in block 4 did not want to wait and took the money. They did not care of the future price of the oil they wanted cash now, so there deal has nothing to do with the value of oil. Just a cash transaction.

snow:

i understand....however, you state the obvious risk(s) that accompany such a venture and expand on them...i know what those are and accept them when assessing my risk quotient before and during the life of the investment. my impression of most on this board is they are savvy and risk takers...you cannot lay erhe alongside cvx, xom, addax, snp and compare. when we mature, yes....now, no! we are an otc.bb stock and with that come risks but also great potential rewards...

imo the scariest risks are behind us and you stated what those were...political risks far overshadowed the exploration risks in this domain...now sit back and be glad you are on the train...
