All that volume and no sustainable increase in price. In 2009 the MMJ industry was hot add in the fact that Gaffney conspired with a broker to pump the stock for which he was arrested and u get a spike to .0024. In 2014 an old INAR pr resurfaced and it spiked to .0008. HESG is a non existent company , which means a pump and dump stock.
