What understand of the s1 is that they put 3 scenarios if Beaufort buy at .03 the dilution go to .006 the worst scneario is that they buy at less pps and the dilution go to .0042 where we at right now In that situation the company dint get the 5 millions they need so they have to issue more shares

they issue 168m for this deal based,in a pps,of .03 they have to dilute more if they want the 5m.

I send a email asking how the hell we know how much shares Beaufort bought already.

Beufort page said that they monetize with out harming the pps if that is true this pps is not caused by them. Have to be another convertible selling their shares.
