Those two PRs ought to be good for another tanking just like most of the other PRs. More recently the vaunted CEO will present at the R&R along with other Sheff OTC Pick companies and we get a bonus announcement of the HAL and presto the PPS drops from $.389 to $.325. So my question is where are the odds that capital will begin flowing in at this point or any other point for that matter. Capital doesn't start flowing in because investors see Elite as a baggage infected worthless company that is sustaining itself on shares and hot air.
