RS and then running the ATM....that's nuts. Current shareholders will be diluted into oblivion.

Personally, I'll be incredibly PO'd if they hit us with a RS.

I'm not buying into what seems like typical scare tactics to get people to sell shares, but, on the other hand, shorts have been able to gather inside information in the past for PPHM and for many other companies.

Every time I read that statement, I laugh out loud because it has to be one of the biggest joke of a statement on this board.

I have been reading that statement for almost 2 years now. Trust me at 179 Million Shares at a price of $1.64.. NO ONE NEEDS to be SCARED into giving up their shares. There are MORE THAN ENOUGH TO GO AROUND!!!!!

Excellent post 4! That's why I'm here, to read guys like you and CP and about 20 others. I must admit I was mighty low after our infamous rs but things have changed a lot since then and so has PPHM.
