Capt...I agree with your statements, but the one thing I seem to be reading, viewing and hearing about are the rising costs to produce in Singapore. The workers are decades behind in their movement, but they are beginning to organize for more pay, benefits and better conditions. I know its the place "to be" but we may find the cost structure steadily increasing over time.
