Did you not read the 7/31 filing.It said to be filed within 60 days after closing.This is not new its was going to occur.

Where you hoping to get news so as to dump before it occured.If they had any real news it would not have been issued to after thats for sure they got to rob other people old ones or new suckers as long as they screw it don't matter how.
