BUYBACKS are NOT happening. Prove me wrong.

Everyone has seen the massive dilution that has occurred since .001.

If they are buying back 1 mil shares and diluting 10 mil, that would be misleading at best to say they are buying back.

I expect a dump on fins on Aug 15th, followed by a PR to pump and then another round of dilution.

From there, reverse split, restructure, no bid.. really doesn't matter which way it goes, chrisjames has killed this stock.

Honest question. If you think the company has been buying back shares what do you think the O/S number will be on the quarterly?
