Yea, you are not going to see any rounding bottom curves on this stock. Look at a 3 year chart - down curves are followed by big spikes. There could be one again by end of quarter 3 or sooner due to end of pilot testing of its product.
Look at the recent volume increase. As they say, volume precedes price.
