This:

Record sales, 10's of millions of dollars from Cerner corp for the land they NEED to complete their 5 BILLION dollar project, IR done soon, then comes the audited fins showing a turnaround, along with a game changing contract (nasa, costco, Honda, ect..), then the Smartcarb and SonicFlow take off globally..
Maybe even a buyback or retirement of shares to make up to investors..

or this:

Record sales did not happen yet. They were EXPECTING them, which this company has expected a lot and not much has happened.

The money for the land is all a guess. It's not sold. There is no paperwork signed and no for sure dollar amounts.

No one knows when IR will be done.
