Never said it was occurring daily during trading. I THINK it will occur in the future tho, which WILL effect share prices. They just diluted it from 20m to 30m shares already, so that surely counts...

A lot of the numbers from the filings in my posts were share numbers before the reverse split, still the same % dilution though, so please factor that in as well. Except the approved shares, unfortunately that is STILL 850,000,000. If they don't plan on using all those shares then they should of lowered the A/S also with the r/s. I personally think they WILL use most or all of those shares. $FCGD
