laranger: Based on the order wording, I would say that the restraining order has no direct relationship to the arbitration cases, but is related to the UK cases. Don't know which one, but it appears that Nokia wanted to use the documents in the UK court, and IDCC initiated this action to stop them, at least temporarily.
