Thanks Cheds! Good to get clarification that MTVX is indeed current on all its filings and in full compliance with the SEC. As always, I appreciate the input of Ms BB who shared the following link:

You will note that FROZ checked NOindicating that they are not a shell company.

The Super 8-K requirement applies when an issuer ceases to be a shell company post merger. FROZ was not a shell to begin with so no super 8-K is required. On this basis, APT $MTVX is current on all of its filings.
