ADTM had long ago announced that there would be a reverse split and recently indicated it would be 1:30. The only unknown was the timing and, once the r/s is known to be in the cards, the sooner the better imho.

Yes, I was a bit surprised by the announcement ... I actually guessed they would have done it just before 7-4-14, so we could really celebrate. In retrospect, that was pretty silly ... I should have known they wouldn't have the 2nd quarter preliminary figures by then. I was just thinking, though, isn't 7-14 Bastille Day, France's Independence Day ?? I don't think they would mind us celebrating, too, would you ??

With you being an "insider" and knowing most of what Shareef's plan is, I gather he just hasn't informed you yet of the Company's preliminary figures. I'm guessing that ADTM might be be a little further long in the plan than we both thought.

I don't know about you, but since ADTM announced what the reverse split was for, I'm guessing on Monday they could perhaps announce that the OneScreen/Media Graph acquisition will soon take place ... but I've been wrong before. Would you care to venture a guess ?

Anyway, tomorrow you and I will find out if we meet in the dumper, or on the moon.
