They stopped filing financial reports in 2013, missing their 10K filing, even with the extension, so I'd take any "results" with a grain of salt.

Not they have ever had even decent results.

All their 8Ks since then have been announcing more shares issued - debt, death spirals, settlements.

They'll need to reverse split soon, I'm betting.
