I would like to become a board member. I own 1% of the float, if the float is 293M, and feel a shareholder should be on board when decisions are made.

This is quite understandable and happens all the time..especially with these types of platforms...the original developer may take the business and hope he can outsource much of the programming or other aspects that they are not proficient in....and after a while it becomes apparent and you change gears...Not Glenn's fault at all..just the way it goes sometimes...imho.
