Corp, 60% dilution? bah. What's a puny 23 million shares diluting your holdings, when at any time I could threaten to sell my 306,000,000.000 shares for $00.01 per share.

You need to look at the big picture -- we need to keep management happy, and in order to be happy they need to be able to sell $100,000,000 worth of ISO shares every year. That means we need to keep giving it to them. Otherwise they won't be happy. Got it? Yeah ....
