I dont know what will happen if he goes to jail ( for a period of time). Maybe one on the others on the board would be in charged, knowing Alex he would probably try to put his Bff Herman Adair in a position to make major decisions for him. Hes a good guy and the only person he trust with his life, but birds of a feather ALWAYS flock together they've been friends soo long for some reason, so I dont trust his word anymore than Alex
