Incorrect. They cannot receive S1 funding while not on an exchange. May 1st all stocks with a 30 par value below .01 were dropped from the OTC market. These stocks must regain value of .01 or higher to have access to this funding. PEtron said they will regain the S1 funding as soon as they raise it above .01 through a reverse split or another method within 2 weeks. Call them. If you do not understand what an exchange is then please feel free to look it up. Pink's are no longer an exchange like the OTC market.
