Insane, indeed. It's going higher than current - no doubt, both fundamentals and development point toward a much better and realistic valuation sooner rather than later, but a buck in the very near future (mere weeks/months), that's pretty optimistic, (ridiculously so IMO). I think we can finally re-visit the .08 to .10 range again though, plenty happening to bring us back to that level, IMO.
