It was suppose to already be at .001 ? Why did it start going up at the end of the day? Actually broke through the .022 on the Ask for a moment. VFIN sitting at .013 and VNDM at .0026 Monday could very well be a nice green day. Maybe they give us a breather and let it push up a ways?
