If Bavi and Yervoy constitute SOC, then "feeling free" to include Bavi doesn't fly. Bavi MUST be included. Otherwise, patients (and their lawyers) can sue for not receiving the "best" care out there.

Tell the grandkids that Grandpa missed their graduation because somebody "didn't feel" like including Bavi with Yervoy.

Ain't gonna fly.

Joe, nothing wrong with your $0.02. My ?? then would be, does BMS have to license BAVI or does PPHM have to license Yervoy? !!!
