BSW- WHY is management NOT BUYING at this level, when they want us to buy at these levels and to feel so GOOD about it that we should also happily approve ANOTHER 5 MILLION ISO shares for employees at this time. After all, it is imperative that management have the proper "incentive" to build share value???
What is the message we are hearing? That the company is finally on a roll, the future is bright, NOK 2G, and many 3G contracts are just around the corner? So, we are requested to happily approve another 5M more ISO shares!? But, shareholders please ignore over $5 million of insider stock sales recently and our silence on alleged accounting concerns.
Please explain why MANAGEMENT is selling and NOT BUYING at these attractive levels? We are waiting for your explanation so we can all feel better about recent management actions (stock sales) and inaction (silence on accounting allegations).
