I still think the CEO told the truth

I think this is simply a witch hunt, and after he gives the SEC the documentation they want the suspension will lift and FRTD should be fine. Really a shame after that great PR this morning. I'm going to keep the faith until I see something in black and white to prove I'm wrong.
