premise of part of your question. Sure Huffy and Kara, who as Nodummy pointed out in the TEXX sticky, go back years. They have seen CEO's come and go. It's their M.O. Included in that is use of mouthpieces to regurgitate baseless allegations over and over in hopes the CEO's will simply disappear.

In this case the obvious use of these paid pipers began immediately following the filing of the 8K announcing Kara had been replaced.

Huffy filed the preferred shares had control value. The pipers stated the same thing. They also claim Zo could lose, but like Huffy they have failed to respond.
