Your right so if the O/S of over 600M then the float must be as well. At least others are backing up their claim all you are going off of is OTCmarkets which is updated by the company and clearly hasn't since January.

650M is not a bad O/S, but lets be honest and not use old numbers

I read the filings and according to the statement of ownership they issued shares on April 11 to two entities equal to 65,890,908 or 9.7% of the common stock.

Please show me other than the OTC site that is out dated the moment it is posted, where you came up with the SS.

I have contacted the TA and they will not give any info on the OS, AS, or float. As far as the float I never said the float was larger than the OS and in fact the float is probably much smaller as the shares in the statement of ownership are likely restricted and not part of the float. Restricted shares count as part of the OS but not the float, you seem confused about this matter. IMHO GL
