Yes and we all know this, ur point is???? I dont mind it if its to help the company grow and go forward with all the awsome things they currently have (smartcarb) and future projects they are working on (sonicflow engine) "an engine of its own category". :-) im sure it will be controlled and adressed if need to be going forward imo as well as the share structure
