People are saying unlikely the Laches decision will be overturned, so you are looking at payout from Sep 2011 forward to perhaps April 2016. I say perhaps because I wouldn't count out whether Google will try another workaround sometime in the next 2 years. Can expect that ZTE will be another sealed settlement as early as this summer as that vice is tightening. Point is, 4 for 4 with wins but little to show for it yet and until meaningful cash shows up on the balance sheet which could be for Q4 in early Feb next year, this is probably going to waver between 3 and 5 bucks.
