IDCC is seeking the same rate and total dollars of royalty due..that Nokia has accrued for INFRINGEMENT for 2002.Page F-38 of the Nokia 2002 Nokia report. "The IPR provision is based on estimated future settlements for asserted and unasserted past IPR infringements.Final resolution of IPR claims generally occurs over several periods"..IMO: Nokia has ESTIMATED 93 Million Euro's and IDCC has ASSERTED their royalties due in Dollars.If Nokia maintains the same market share and gross sales in 2005 for 3G enabled handset and Infrastructure as they did in 2002..They will be paying IDCC well over $350 Million for their 3G license rate for 2005..

I ALSO THINK THEY WILL PAY BUT THEY ARE GOING TO STALL AT LEAST 100 DAYS AND MAYBE TAKE IT TO ARBITRATION BECAUSE IT WILL COST THEM LITTLE AND PROBABLY DRAW MORE INTEREST OFF THE MONEY OWED THAN WHAT THEY WILL PAY FOR ARBITRATION.
