I think as they try to cover their distribution needs nationwide by adding more distribution centers, they saw a need to serve the northeast section of the country better than they have been with a distribution center in Northern PA.
Also, they are looking to add one to Maryland which shoud satisfy PA, WVA, VA, NJ, DE and some of NY.
They want the DC's to be distributed logically in regards to the radius they cover and to cover the nation with as little overlap (duplication of effort) as possible.
Netflix probably already has done this excercise - no surprise they picked the same place.
That's my opinion, anyway.
